Biodynamics is the best agronomic method moved by Rudolf Stainer around the 1920s, to revitalize, improve and enrich the soil. The resulting fruits will be juicier and full of an authentic interpretation of the terroir.
The main concept of Biodynamics is to consider the soil, the plants and the entire farm as a harmonious whole of living organisms. The link between these individual organisms is the use of particular preparations called precisely: Biodynamic preparations.

Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, subtle and persistent perlage.
Nose: floral and fruity scents, flanked by notes of citrus, yeast and bread crust.
Taste: lively in the mouth, with a fair body, perfectly balanced by a good acidity. The yeast present at the bottom of the bottle gives the wine softness and longevity.
