The historic Bisol1542 winery is one of the most prestigious producers of the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG appellation. For over five centuries, the Bisol family has cultivated vineyards among the steep hills of the area, enhancing the local winemaking heritage with passion and expertise. The company combines tradition and innovation, sensitively interpreting the appellation's diverse terroirs and creating elegant and distinctive wines.

Rive di Campea Extra Brut comes from a single vineyard located on the eponymous Riva, one of the most suitable slopes in the appellation. Here, the Glera vines grow in soils rich in sandstone, clay-limestone marl, and clay, benefiting from a cool, breezy microclimate with significant temperature ranges. Slow ripening of the grapes and manual harvesting result in a vintage Prosecco Superiore of extraordinary finesse and a distinct territorial identity.

In the glass, it presents a brilliant straw yellow color with a fine, elegant perlage. The aroma is refined, with a floral bouquet accompanied by citrus notes, hints of apple and peach, and a delicate mineral nuance. On the palate, it is direct and vibrant, with a dry and savory structure that unfolds into a dry and harmonious finish. Perfect as an aperitif, it elegantly pairs with fish, shellfish, sushi, and light appetizers.
