Val d'Oca is a winery born from the Cantina Produttori di Vald obbiadene winery, representing a true story of rebirth. It was founded in 1952, after the war, by a group of 129 producers who immediately understood the importance of rebuilding the economy and the region through close collaboration. Today, the company has approximately 600 members and has become a successful model. Driven by the same spirit, they have focused on production that is attentive to the quality of the grapes and the terroir, creating a product that reflects consumer demands.

Val D'Oca Prosecco Millesimato Brut is a sparkling wine made from select grapes from the heart of the Veneto region, vinified to enhance its freshness and aromatic finesse. It stands out for its delicate and persistent perlage, which complements an elegant bouquet and a balanced flavor structure, perfect for versatile drinking.

On the nose, it releases notes of white fruit and delicate floral hints of wisteria. On the palate, it is soft and harmonious, with a pleasant freshness provided by the well-balanced acidity. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with light appetizers and fish dishes.
