Libera Nos a Malo 49°

The "49 degrees" is left to barricade exclusively in American oak barrels at the same alcohol content, 49 degrees, where it is then bottled without any filtration. In fact, we let the small sediments of the wood settle before bottling it so that they settle in a natural way. Only an "Artisan" process like theirs allows these "singularities" of the highest quality. The result is a full-bodied grappa, a full flavor ranging from hazelnut to licorice, from chocolate to toasted wood. A very complex flavor that never stops developing in the mouth and that persists over time. There is only one term to define this grappa: surprising. For those lucky enough to drink it it will become a point of reference. The ideal is to taste it at room temperature (18-20 degrees) in a glass as large as possible and maybe pour it a couple of minutes before drinking it.
