The Schweitzer Estate is in the Tyrol region of Trentino Alto-Adige near Merano, whose vineyard enjoys not only a breathtaking view on three different sides but a climate with different thermals very favorable to the production of excellent wine, From here the name of the vineyard "Tschaupp" which means "look" in medieval German. The only grape variety cultivated is Chardonnay, whose grapes depending on the grape harvest made at different times thanks to the triple geographical exposure, give life to wines of excellent quality.

Chardonnay Tschaupp is a Alto Adige DOC from the Schweitzer estate coming from the vineyard of the same name at 450 meters above sea level, whose grapes are partly fermented in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C, and 30% in acacia barrels preferring a slow and controlled fermentation. The result of this careful vinification is a white wine that elegantly embodies the characteristics of this territory with a very high wine vocation.
