In the heart of South Tyrol, the intoxicating aromas of Cantina Tramin wines are born. An oenological project that represents the work of 300 winemakers linked to this land for generations, capable of expressing all the elegance and incomparable scents of a unique terroir, of transmitting the experience and local peasant culture, which has always been intimately linked to mountains, nature and its rhythms.

The vinification takes place with manual harvesting using small containers to keep
integrates grapes; once it arrives in the cellar it is immediately subjected to a soft pressing. The subsequent vinification takes place in small steel containers at a controlled temperature (19 ° C), partly with malolactic fermentation. Maturation also takes place in small steel containers.

On the palate this Chardonnay surprises with its strong mark of elegance and its own
color is straw yellow, with greenish reflections. Offers a delicately fruity scent,
fresh and floral notes that pair with a spicy minerality. It tastes fresh and
elegant, with notes of citrus but also warmer notes reminiscent of pineapple, banana, apple
yellow, pear and butter. Lively, savory and mineral finish.
