Tenute Navarra was born from the dream of Totò, whose roots have been in Sicily since 1951. After years of experience and hard work, in 2019 he realized his dream of enhancing his homeland by acquiring an estate in Butera, in the heart of Sicily. Together with his family, he pursues a vision that combines tradition and innovation, highlighting a unique terroir nestled between the sea and the hinterland, rich in history and identity.

This Spumante Extra Brut Blanc de Blanc is made from 100% Grillo grapes, vinified in stainless steel to preserve their fragrance and aromatic integrity. The secondary fermentation takes place in an autoclave according to the Martinotti method for over two months, ensuring a fine, elegant, and persistent perlage. The result is a modern, fresh, and highly drinkable sparkling wine.

Intense thiol notes emerge on the nose, with hints of unripe fruit, citrus, and green apple. On the palate, it is fresh and smooth, with fine, lively bubbles and a long, persistent finish. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs well with seafood appetizers, raw fish, shellfish, light fried dishes, and vegetable dishes.
