Vigne Surrau is a young winery immersed in a territory, the Costa Smeralda, where nature shows all its beauty. Born around the 2000s as a family farm with the aim of creating ambassador wines of the territory as beautiful as it is rich in traditional products such as Vermentino di Gallura. Today it is a cellar with a modern and innovative style designed to integrate into the surrounding environment, surrounded by 70 hectares of which about 50 are planted with vines and the large windows on the sides show off the cellar rooms as if to confirm the work done by genuineness, transparency and consistency.

Montidimola Vigne Surrau Vermentino di Gallura DOCG is produced from late harvested grapes when fully ripe so as to have a fruit that will give complexity to the wine. The vines are trained espalier with guyot pruning on soils resulting from medium-textured granite weathering. The must remains in contact with the skins for 12/24 hours at a low temperature. Fermentation takes place for 50% in large non-toasted French oak barrels and for the remaining 50% in steel and concrete tanks. The assembly evolves on its own yeasts in steel tanks and then rests in the bottle for at least 6 months.

Montidimola Vigne Surrau Vermentino di Gallura DOCG has a straw yellow color with golden reflections and complex hints of ripe fruit and Mediterranean scrub. Soft, ample and persistent on the palate with fruity and mineral scents.
