Petrizza is Vermentino di Gallura vinified in purity by the Sardinian Masone Mannu winery, with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a floral and fruity bouquet enriched with hints of citrus. The Masone Mannu estate is located in Sardinia in the village of Monti in the province of Sassari, not far from Olbia immersed in an extraordinary landscape made of rivers, cork oaks, lakes and Mediterranean scrub. In the Logudorese Sardinian language Masone Mannu means "large property", considering the 100 hectares on which it extends, of which 20 are vineyards. A place characterized by an excellent exposure of the vineyards, refreshed by a sea breeze and surrounded by unspoiled nature. The philosophy of life of the winery is based on eco-sustainability and maximum respect for the environment, which since 2018 has started a development biodynamic project led by Giordano Emendatori owner of the Biodynamic Mara Estate in Romagna. The production is centered on the main grape of Gallura or Vermentino, together with other Sardinian varieties such as Cannonau, Carignano, Bovale Sardo as well as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon which expand the range. In the cellar a team of young and passionate winemakers spends themselves to obtain excellent wines, with a mineral vein recognizable in the whites and fruity and spicy notes in the reds.

Vermentino di Gallura Petrizza comes from the Monti vineyards at 120 meters above sea level on lands made of granite sands, rich in iron and clay. The manual and accurate harvest takes place in mid-September, with the aim of preserving as much as possible the savory characteristics of the typical variety of Gallura. The must is obtained by the soft pressing of the grapes and ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The maturation on the fine lees always takes place in steel at a controlled temperature in order to guarantee the wide aromatic spectrum. A fresh and fruity wine of great drinking and ideal for fish dinners.
