San Giovanni Moscato Passito DOC is a wine, its appearance has a deep amber yellow color, the bouquet is pleasantly fine and intense, in fact it immediately manifests the consistency of the wine offering a progression of olfactory sensations that bring back to dried fruit such as fig and apricot. In the mouth it has an excellent balance and a remarkable persistence.
Nizza Riserva is a wine produced by the Tenute Olim Bauda winery, with a purple red color, with an extremely intense and complex aroma given by the notes of red fruit. On the palate it is firm and full, but incredibly balanced, with a long and pleasant finish.
Isolavilla wine is a Grignolino d'asti DOC with a more or less tenuous ruby red color, with delicate and subtle amber reflections, the nose is delicately perfumed and fine, with light notes of undergrowth and dried flowers, accompanied by characteristic hints of white pepper . The Grappa Riserva Alba was born from the desire of the Mazzetti distillery d'Altavilla to tell the noble vines that have strongly characterized the Piedmontese territory, and to offer an excellent synthesis. And this is how the grappa long aged in barrique can be distilled from Nabbiolo and Erbaluce pomaces, capable of giving the palate intense sensations.
Mazzetti d'Altavilla Riserva is an amber-colored grappa, with an intense and dry flavor, the nose is decidedly impetuous and persistent, with decisive floral hints of violet, perfect for lovers of this type of grappa.
Each hill, each vineyard even, produces its own particular “Dolcetto”, whose characteristics are well differentiated and easily recognizable. It is thanks to the particular composition of the soil in our Langhe district, rich in mineral salts, that the Dolcetto produced in these areas, as well as boasting a remarkable structure, which Sordo is able to interpret perfectly.
The Barbera varietal first appeared on the hillsides of the Langhe in the early 900’s, at a time when the entire region was engaged in the difficult reconstruction of the vineyards destroyed by the phylloxera aphid. Owing to its rustic nature, it has adapted well to the environment and the particular soil composition of the area.

The good structure is accompanied by a garnet red color with ruby highlights. The long fermentation and maceration lasting up to 25 days, and the subsequent aging in oak barrels for about 30 months, allow the Barolo to balance the tannins that make it ideal for aging wine.
