Filippo's farm was founded in March 1887, by the grandfather of the current winemaker, Francesco di Filippo, who produced and marketed the Moscato Reale di Trani grape, a vine grown exclusively on the lands of this company. Filippo's farm began to evolve in a structural and commercial way starting in the 2000s with the advent of the third generation, completely changing the working methodology. The company continues the tradition by working its own Moscato Reale grapes through a refinement process based on naturalness, simplicity and professionalism, all essential characteristics to make its ''Ecstasy'' wines unique and irrefutable.

L'Estasi in Sinfonia Brut Millesimato is a Classic Method Spumante of a golden yellow color with bright reflections, the nose expresses citrus notes of dried fruit. in the mouth it is full and balanced with a Mediterranean finish. In the disgorgement phase, the moment in which the refinement ends and the residual yeast is eliminated, the bottle of Sinfonia is filled with drops of the precious Passito Estasi Moscato di Trani.
