Korì Classic Method Cincinnato Limited Edition Merry Christmas

Obtained from the vinification of the ancient native Bellone grape, traditionally grown on the lava hills of Cori. Produced using the traditional classic method and aged on the lees for approximately 18 months.

It has an intense straw yellow color; a fine and persistent perlage; an intense and fragrant aroma, with delicate fruity notes, complemented by aromas deriving from the yeast lysis, reminiscent of bread crust and biscuit. The palate is savory, fresh, and elegant, with a well-balanced sweetness.
