Champagne Cuvée Rosé

Maison Jean-Noël Haton, an independent family winery located in Damery in the Marne Valley (Champagne, France). Founded in 1928 by Octave Haton, it is now run by Jean-Noël and his son Sébastien (along with other family members), who oversee every stage of the process, from vine cultivation to winemaking, creating their Champagne cuvées using traditional methods and respect for the terroir.

The Cuvée Rosé is a masterful blend of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir, with a portion vinified as red wine. Aged for at least three years, it expresses finesse, structure, and a distinct aromatic identity. It is raspberry pink in color with elegant copper highlights and a creamy white foam.

The nose is intense and fragrant, with notes of blackcurrant, fresh strawberry, and stone fruit, followed by orange zest, pine resin, and a delicate toasted note. On the palate, the attack is delicious and refined, with a broad, generous, and persistent finish. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with fruit-based desserts, especially strawberry tart.
