Domaine la Haute Févrie is located right in the heart of the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine appellation, about 18 km south-east of Nantes. Sébastien Branger is the fourth generation of the Branger family. This family is known for producing some of the best wines with appellations. The estate extends over 30 hectares of vineyards divided into several plots, which are located on the piece of land that lies between the waters of the Sèvre and Maine.

All vineyards are managed according to environmentally friendly principles. manual harvesting, without chemical fertilizers and with yield control. The domaine creates single-vineyard Muscadet wines that allow for the expression of each individual site in each bottle. All their wines are now classified as organic

Domaine Haute Fèvrie of the Sebastien Brager winery, the grapes are harvested manually, followed by vinification and refinement with pressing of the whole bunch, debourbage after 12/24 hours. Classic vinification lasting between 3/4 weeks.

Domaine Haute Fèvrie from the Sebastien Brager winery has a straw yellow color with greenish nuances, on the nose the aromas are of fruity aromas, grapefruit, orange and citrus fruits with some floral notes. The taste is fresh and soft with fruity notes.
