Domaine Grande Roche is a winery born in France, more precisely in Burgundy, the undisputed area where some of the best champagnes in the world are produced. Founded by Erick Lalallée who with incense constancy and great passion for the land, taking care of every single vine plant manages to produce champagne of the highest quality. In fact, all the company's vineyards are regularly supervised in every type of aspect and in the smallest details, in order to obtain the best of the best from the fruit, both in the harvest phase and in the subsequent phase, the vinification.

After the harvest, the white grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press that gently extracts the grape must without the herbaceous aroma of the stalk. Subsequently, under the action of indigenous yeasts, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. At the end of fermentation, the juice is heated to 30 ° C to fix the color.
