The Champagne Brut RSRV Cuvée Lalou is a vintage that the Maison Mumm reserves for the best vintages, of which it selects the fine chardonnay and pinot noir grapes. The golden color is already striking at first glance, while the nose initially reveals the note of pastry, to leave room for candied lemon and pear jam, to then close on hints of yeast and sweets. Fresco and full-bodied on the palate.

The Mumm brothers founded the historic Champagne Maison in Reims in 1827, but we find traces of it in a far more distant past when Peter Arnold Mumm began his activity as a winemaker in Cologne, Germany in 1761. It was his sons who realized the potential of the wine produced in the Champagne region in France in the early nineteenth century where they moved there giving life to this exciting story. Today G.H. Mumm has 218 hectares of which 160 are classified as Grand Crus, and represent the best terroirs of the entire region. The history of this Maison is characterized by illustrious practices, later adopted as a reference, such as the installation of presses in the vineyards to minimize the damage caused by transporting the grapes. There have been many royal families conquered by the illustrious brand, including Queen Elizabeth II, and official gifts such as that of the French Legion of Honor celebrated by the same Cordon Rouge, the red ribbon symbolically affixed to the bottle.

The RSRV Blanc de Blancs Champagne is produced from chardonnay grapes grown in the vineyards which enjoy excellent climatic exposure and chalky soil that helps to define the great personality of this Brut. It's a Champagne that rests on the lees in the bottle for at least 3 years, produced in a limited edition for the finest and most demanding palates.
