Bianco di Bellona Irpinia is made from 100% Coda di Volpe grapes. It is a dry white wine that elegantly interprets one of Campania's historic grape varieties. The winemaking process aims to preserve the varietal's freshness and fragrance, resulting in a versatile, highly drinkable white wine with a strong territorial identity.

It displays a bright, crystalline straw yellow color. On the nose, it reveals a fruity bouquet with notes of yellow peach, pineapple, banana, and delicate herbaceous nuances. On the palate, it is intense, fresh, and savory, with good persistence and overall harmony. Perfect with fish dishes, sushi, tartare, vegetables, and fresh cheeses. Also excellent with buffalo mozzarella and light Mediterranean cuisine.
