Extreme and strict interpretation of the Greek Tufo. The Grande Cuvée Luigi Moio is born from the union of the three white grape varieties Greco, Falanghina and Fiano which in Quintodecimo are already produced in the mono-varietal version. In this wine each of the united parts provides a contribution higher than their simple sum, creating the conditions for an olfactory and gustatory amplification of the wine and for its greater longevity.La vineyard of the Yellow D'Arles is in Tufo, cradle of Greek di Tufo, therefore, a cru in single variety, very influenced vintage expression of their varietal character.

With sulphites.

The Grande Cuvée Quintodecimo seals the 20 years of the Mirabella d'Eclano winery, seals and crowns the dream of the Quintodecimo family who have dedicated a lifetime to the world of wine, so Luigi first as a scholar then as a consultant and finally as a successful producer. Il Greco is obtained from a single parcel of the Giallo d'Arles estate located in Tufo. The soil is marly-sandstone with a high clay content and a good amount of limestone, the exposure is south-west, the altitude is 400 meters with a slope of 15%. La Falanghina comes from the median strip of the small hill of Quintodecimo in Mirabella Eclano. The soil is loose with the presence of clay, the exposure is to the west and the altitude is 380 meters with a slope of 10%. Il Fiano, is a selection of the Exultet vineyard, located in Lapio at 600 meters above sea level in one of the most  renowned for the cultivation of Fiano di Avellino DOCG. The soil, mainly clayey, is crossed about one meter deep by a band of "lapilli" which, due to their porosity, favor a constant water supply to the vines. Exposure is south-west with a slope of 20%. Vinification: after manual harvesting in small 15 kg boxes, the bunches of grapes are softly pressed. Fermentation takes place for 60% in new French oak barriques and for 40% in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 18-20%. Élevage: at the end of fermentation the wine ages for eight months on the lees, of which six after the blending of the three mono-varietal wines. After bottling, the bottles rest for another two years in a horizontal position, completing the work, allowing the wine to reach its own most complete expression.

The nose is rich with varietal aromas of exotic fruit, yellow peach and mineral floreality which we then find in a full palate with a long persistence.
