Valdobbiadene Extra Dry DOCG Bortolotti is the son of a wine area of ​​controlled and guaranteed origin. In Veneto, in Valdobbiadene, the cultivation of grapes has always been tradition and culture. The Bortolotti company keeps them and, combining them with advanced sparkling wine techniques, makes them the main tool for the production of this superior Prosecco and others.

For Valdobbiadene Extra Dry the main grape is Glera, the best known for Prosecco, while 10% of the grapes come from Chardonnay. Both grow in soils of good depth, lying halfway between the Dolomites and Venice.
