Lorenzo Matton i is an artisanal winery in the heart of Umbria, in Bevagna, deeply rooted in the Sagrantino tradition. The winery embraces a production philosophy that respects the terroir, with meticulous workmanship and vinification in concrete vats that enhance the authenticity, elegance, and longevity of the wines. The Mattoni family represents one of the most authentic expressions of Umbrian winemaking culture.

Dinamico Umbria Rosso IGT is a full-bodied red wine made from a blend of 50% Sagrantino, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Merlot. The grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled concrete vats with extensive maceration on the skins, while the wine is aged in large oak barrels for approximately 12 months. The result is an elegant, deep, and harmonious red wine, capable of evolving over time while maintaining balance and complexity.

In the glass, it displays a deep ruby ​​red color. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits, blackberry, and cherry emerge, accompanied by elegant spicy notes and light balsamic nuances. On the palate, it is full-bodied, smooth, and structured, with well-integrated tannins and a long, persistent finish. Ideal with red meats, roasts, game, savory pasta dishes, cured meats, and mature cheeses.
