Corvée is a French term that was used in feudalism to indicate a provision of free labor by the vassal for his master. The many hours of work of the vassals of the Cembra Valley in Trentino are responsible for the 400 km of terraces of porphyry dry stone walls that delimit a wonderful territory from 250 meters above sea level in Mosana to 1000 meters in Faver. Within this portion of land extend the 14 hectares of vineyards of the Corvée winery, created with the idea of expressing the best potential of the plants cultivated with criteria of environmental sustainability and respect for traditions, useful for producing excellent wines in the Trentino DOC, in many ways still unexpressed. Rosbatù Corvée is a wine produced from Schiava, Pinot Noir and Lagrein grapes grown on south-facing terraces in various vineyards in the municipality of Cembra. After the successive harvesting of Pinot Noir, Schiava and Lagrein, the "teardrop" pressing takes place, static decantation of the musts, fermentation at a controlled temperature and aging on the lyses for approximately 6 months in 225 liter French oak barrels and 6 months of bottle refinement.

Rosbatù Corvée has a pale, ancient and elegant pink with hints of rose petals, violet and wild myrtle. A broad, intriguing and fragrant palate with an acidity that completes the tasting and helps persistence.
