San Fermo Brut di Bellenda is a sparkling wine that embodies the essence of Prosecco Superiore DOCG, the result of a careful selection of Glera grapes from the estate vineyards located in the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene. This wine, which takes its name from the church adjacent to the vineyards, represents an authentic interpretation of the territory and the vine. The production of San Fermo Brut di Bellenda follows rigorous procedures that aim to enhance the varietal characteristics of the Glera grape. After manual harvesting, the grapes are softly pressed to obtain a high-quality free-run must. Fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature, followed by the second fermentation according to the Charmat method. The wine then ages on the lees for a few months before bottling. The Glera grapes used for the production of San Fermo Brut come from vineyards located in an area characterized by a unique microclimate, with significant temperature variations between day and night. The soils, of morainic origin, are rich in minerals and give the wine a particular minerality and complexity.

Bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections, typical of the youth of the wine. Fine and persistent perlage, creates an elegant crown of bubbles that envelops the glass. Bouquet the nose is broad and complex, with fruity notes of golden apple, pear and white peach, enriched by delicate floral nuances of acacia and lime. A light hint of bread crust and yeast completes the aromatic profile. Taste on the palate it is fresh, savory and harmonious, with a good structure and a pleasant acidity that balances the natural sweetness of the grape variety. The finish is long and persistent, with a return of the fruity and floral notes perceived on the nose.
