The Cantina I Feudi di Romans was born in the fifties of the last century when the founder Severino Lorenzon laid the foundations in the creation of the reality we know today. Located in an area that was not very developed at the time and considered "abandoned", Severino began the cultivation of the vineyards with love and dedication, giving great importance to respect for the environment and the territory. The great attention to the well-being of the vines to have great quality grapes that know how to transfer the greatness of the territory into the glass. Absence of weeding, sub-irrigation and manual thinning testify to the attention in the fields.

The Pinot Nero I Feudi Di Romans is an interpretation of this noble vine in the Friuli region. The grapes are grown on a soil of noble clays, gravel and sand with Guyot training system and harvested in September, from vineyards of the years 2003 and 2004. It is de-stemmed and vinified in red with the Ganymede method for a variable period based on the trend of the vintage and quality. At the end of the fermentation, the racking and pressing are carried out. After aging in steel tanks, the wine is decanted into French oak barrels and tonneaux for further refinement before bottling.

Pinot Noir I Feudi Di Romans has a not very intense ruby ​​red color. It has a characteristic aroma and a dry and slightly bitter taste. With an aging potential of 5 years.
