Veuve Auguste Tailhan traces its roots back to 1857, when Auguste Tailhan founded the company in the heart of Limoux. Specializing in Blanquette de Limoux, the house quickly established itself for its quality and prestige. After the First World War, Auguste's widow took the resolute lead, preserving its tradition and identity to this day.

Veuve Auguste Tailhan Blanc de Blancs Brut is a French sparkling wine produced in Languedoc-Roussillon, made from Colombard and Ugni Blanc grapes. Natural fermentation takes place in steel tanks, followed by aging for three months. The Brut dosage (8-10 g/L) gives the wine a perfect balance between freshness and smoothness, making it versatile and enjoyable.

On the nose, it releases fresh aromas of white fruit, with a fine and persistent mousse. On the palate, notes of crisp apple and ripe pear emerge, accompanied by a pleasant freshness and harmony. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with shellfish and seafood salads.
