The history of Maison Maurice Grumier begins at the end of the 1920s, when Amand Grumier began the production of his own champagne thanks also to the help of his wife Aline even though the Grumier family had been living in the world of champagne since 1743. An important push for the production arrived with Armand, son of Mauric, with the purchase of new vineyards dedicated to white grapes, but the turning point in the company came with the arrival of Guy, son of Armand who expanded the possessions and modernized the cellar with equipment cutting edge for its time. Now the Maison is led by Fabien, a character curious to experiment with the help of wood. An attentive connoisseur of his vineyards, he interprets what nature gives to his bunches of grapes and enhances everything with his production technique.

Ô Ma Vallée Maurice Grumier is a cuvée made mainly of Pinot Meniuer and the remaining Pinot Noir grown in the Cru vineyards of Dormans, Festigny, Venteuil. The grapes are vinified in vats and barriques with light filtration and two years of bottle aging.

Ô Ma Vallée Maurice Grumier is a structured champagne for those who love a more evolved and substantial drink, with an acidity that enriches the tasting and makes the palate vibrant, a sensation that remains in the mouth.
