Rosè D’une Nuit

Château La Coste's Rosè d'une Nuit was produced from Syrah, Grenache and Vermentino grapes coming from old company vines. In the cellar, the bunches were further selected and subjected to whole pressing in order to obtain the must. The alcoholic fermentation was activated by indigenous yeasts and took place at a controlled temperature. The entire winemaking process and the 6-month refinement took place in barrels and vats in contact with the yeasts.

The Rosè d'une Nuit by Château La Coste has a pale pink colour, on the nose the scents are fruity red berry aromas with some floral notes, rose and violet. The taste is fruity and fresh, with mineral notes.
