Chateau de Valcombe is a reality to which French winemakers look with great interest. The vineyards are located in a quadrilateral delimited by the villages of Meynes, Vauvert, St. Gilles, Beaucaire, on a stony, clayey and ferrous soil that extends over the hills with excellent exposure in the area called Coste di Nimes. The municipalities that enjoy this denomination are 24, and excellent red, rosé and white wines are produced on an area of 3950 hectares of vineyards. In particular, the rosés compete with those of Provence, from which they differ in a greater flavor which makes them excellent with Ardèche cold cuts and shellfish.

Pastel Rosé is a blend of Syrah varieties for 70% and Grenache for 30%, with a light salmon pink color and a savory and mineral taste which makes it an excellent wine to accompany cold cuts, Mediterranean fish dishes and grilled meat.
