The Pétale de Rose was born in the rolling hills of Provence. The sensation that Pétale de Rose grants at the first taste is that of a fresh and fine wine, typical of white wines. This impression soon gives way to new perceptions and then manifests itself on the palate as full-bodied and persistent as only a structured red wine can be.
The winemaking process involves a manual harvest with selection of the grapes, produced under organic farming. The whole bunches are transferred directly to the Champenois hydraulic press and a very light pressing allows to obtain the maximum delicacy and aroma from the heart of the grape alone.
To fully savor all the nuances of taste and the characteristic elegant and very fine fruity bouquet, Pétale de Rose should be served at a temperature of 14 °.
