Adrien Rousseaux represents the fourth generation of rècoltant-manipulant winemakers. The company was founded by great-grandfather Paul in 1920, but since 2012 he has been managing the fate of the Domaine which cultivates vineyards on the eastern side of the "Mountain of Reims" in the municipality of Verzenay, one of the 17 classified as grand Cru. Producers for four generations have been producing an emblematic Champagne with grapes from only 2.6 hectares of vineyards in the most prestigious villages of Chamoagne, Verzeney, Verzy and Louvois grown without the use of chemical herbicides, pesticides or fertilizers, practicing instead the green manuring technique. of the soil to promote the health of the soil itself.

The OX Rosseaux Batteaux champagne is a 100% pinot noir from the Montagne de Reims, a very respectable Grand Cru. The vines rest on a soil rich in chalk in depth with clay and marl. The care in the vineyard allows the growth of a high quality fruit. During the harvest, it is done strictly by hand with the use of small boxes to preserve the product.
