Ponson Premier Cru

The Domaine Bonnet Ponson was born in 1995 under the guidance of Pascal and Sandrine, both of whom come from a long lineage of Champagne winemakers. Quickly, Pascal and Sandrine embarked on a dynamic of environmentally friendly culture. The Domaine is in fact certified '' Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne '' and '' High environmental value '' and the champagnes produced are generous and authentic, with Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir as the main grape varieties.

This Champagne was produced starting from three different grapes: Pinot noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, whose vineyards are located in the premier cru of Chamery, Vrigny and the Montagne Coulommes. Alcoholic fermentation lasts more than 9 months and is carried out partly in steel and partly in oak barrels, then the wine then follows the normal rules of vinification according to the Champenoise method. Reserve wine is added, the result of old historical vintages of the Maison and then the wine rests on its own yeasts in the bottle for at least 48 months.
