Grauves Premier Cru Brut Nature Pierre Callot

Founded by Pierre in 1955, the Maison, now led by Thierry, cultivates its own vineyards in the “Côte des Blancs”, where Chardonnay (obviously) is king. The grapes are harvested in the Grand Cru municipalities of Avize, Cramant and Chouilly and in the Premier Cru Grauves municipality. About 4500 bottles of this Cuvée are produced per year out of a total of 35000.
