Desideroso di sfruttare al meglio questa preziosa materia prima, André Gabriel era uno dei pochi viticoltori determinati che negli anni Quaranta volevano sviluppare il proprio marchio di champagne. FranciaAndré e sua moglie, Paule, crearono la prima etichetta di famiglia e iniziarono così a commercializzare le prime bottiglie di champagne con il marchio "GABRIEL POTIER". Successivamente, la loro figlia, Nelly, e il genero, Pierre Crucifix, rilevarono l'azienda di famiglia nel 1960 e svilupparono la loro etichetta: "Champagne PIERRE CRUCIFIX". Naturalmente, Jean-Jacques, il loro figlio maggiore, entrò nell'attività dei suoi genitori nel 1973.

Fermentation and aging in stainless steel, 20% passage in 205 and 300 l barriques, medium roasting, 4-5 years on the lees.
