Danieli is a young company located in Bitonto, near Bari, where there is still a strong bond with traditions and where Daniele Lovascio founded the laboratory for the production of taralli and other typical Apulian baked products in 2003. The strength lies in the selection of raw materials and the attention to production methods which is rooted in tradition.
