Fiorduva

Fiorduva is the flagship of the Marisa Cuomo company. It includes various awards, including international ones, such as the Oscar for Best Italian White, the Tre Bicchieri and the Best of Class Award Limited Production.

For Fiorduva the grapes of Fenile, Ginestra and Ripoli are treated and harvested strictly by hand; This is a way of operating common to the entire Marisa Cuomo production which, in a territory hostile in some respects, remains the best way to preserve the qualities of the products offered by nature. After pressing the grapes, we proceed with cold static clarification and fermentation for approximately 3 months in oak barrels.

The Fiorduva Marisa Cuomo is already noble in appearance. With a precious yellow color with golden reflections it presents itself to the eye; then, it releases notes of apricot, exotic fruit and broom flowers on the nose which make the sip soft and dense. The finish is aromatic with hints of raisins and candied fruit.
