Tenuta Cavalier Pepe is rooted in the heart of Irpinia, where viticulture becomes an expression of the territory's identity. The winery promotes native Campanian grape varieties through a philosophy that combines respect for tradition with artisanal care in every phase of production. Each label is designed to tell a story of territory, culture, and family passion.

Nestor is a Greco di Tufo DOCG made from pure Greco grapes grown between 400 and 700 meters above sea level on tuff soils rich in volcanic elements. Vinification takes place at a controlled temperature to preserve the varietal aromas, followed by aging on the fine lees to enhance its complexity and structure. The result is a fresh, minerally, and well-balanced wine, a typical expression of the terroir.

Intense, brilliant yellow color with straw-yellow highlights. Notes of peach, pear, apple, and delicate citrus notes emerge on the nose. On the palate, it is broad, savory, and mineral, with balanced acidity and a long finish. Ideal with fish dishes, vegetable soups, traditional pasta dishes, and white meats, but also with fresh or slightly aged cheeses.
