Zacapa Ediciòn Negra is a special edition of Zacapa 23, produced in limited quantities and aged according to the solera method in ex Bourbon, Sherry and Pedro Ximenez wines oak barrels. Intense amber color with ruby reflections. The nose features aromas of sweet spices, dried fruit, vanilla and wood. On the palate it's rich, broad and balanced with a spicy finish with woody returns.
Plantation Fiji is a rum distilled in the South Pacific Distillery in the Fiji Islands, in 2009. The nose is intense, it opens with aromas of prickly pear and woody notes, then moving on to more fruity and spicy aromas, such as banana, pecan and nutmeg. On the palate it's rich and round, with hints of vanilla caramel, cocoa, ginger beer and notes of quince, hazelnut and coconut.

R.L. Seale's is the Rum produced by the Foursquare distillery by assembling rums distilled in Pot Still single-column still aged at least 10 years in ex-bourbon barrels.
