In 1846, Filippo Mazzetti founded his first distillery in Montemagno, in the heart of Monferrato, and began carefully selecting what was initially considered a waste product from winemaking: pomace. It wasn't easy at the time to source the finest raw materials from winemakers scattered throughout the most remote areas of Monferrato, but the determination of Filippo, and then his son Luigi, gave rise to a company philosophy that has led to the production of some of the world's finest grappas. The pursuit of quality and the continuous refinement of distillation techniques are today the secrets to the success of a sixth-generation distillery, capable of sharing with the world the immense sensory heritage present in every Monferrato grape.

Vermouth di Torino is a Piedmontese classic with an elegant and aromatic profile, obtained from select wines and prized botanicals such as wormwood, spices, and citrus peel. Presented in an elegant cylinder, it's ideal as a gift or for anyone seeking an authentic, rich, and high-quality vermouth. It has a deep, bright, and velvety amber/red color, an intense and harmonious aroma with notes of spices, citrus, and aromatic herbs. Its smooth, rounded, and balanced flavor, with a long, aromatic finish, is perfect on its own, in classic cocktails (Negroni, Americano, Manhattan), or with dark chocolate, dry pastries, and aged cheeses.
