The Antica Colazingari liqueur factory boasts family recipes with almost 2 centuries of history, is always respectful in the care of ingredients and in the preparation and maturation of cold infusions, characteristics that give its liqueurs personality and unique scents that are refined over time .

Ratafia Ciociara Colazingari was born from the ancient recipe of the Ciociara tradition with wine flavored with sour cherries, we have created a liqueur with the philosophy that distinguishes our production. The preparation of cold infusions with bitter cherries, the mixing with Cesanese del Lazio PGI and a lot of time for correct maturation. The preparation takes place with the mixing of the various ingredients, rest in the tank for at least 24 hours, careful and double filtering, finally we have the bottling.

Ratafia Ciociara Colazingari has a ruby ​​red color with purple hues. On the nose the scents are of wild cherry, the taste is sweet with bitter notes.
