Tenute Navarra was born from the dream of Totò, whose roots have been in Sicily since 1951. After years of experience and hard work, in 2019 he realized his dream of enhancing his homeland by acquiring an estate in Butera, in the heart of Sicily. Together with his family, he pursues a vision that combines tradition and innovation, highlighting a unique terroir nestled between the sea and the hinterland, rich in history and identity.

Allucià is a pure Grillo that clearly expresses the Mediterranean character of southeastern Sicily. Vinified in stainless steel to preserve its freshness and aromatic integrity, it comes from vineyards located at 350-400 meters above sea level on clay-rich soils. Aging on the lees for six months contributes to its structure and complexity, while maintaining extraordinary drinkability.

On the nose, it opens with fragrant aromas of citrus and white-fleshed fruit, accompanied by delicate floral notes and a pronounced minerality. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, with a perfect balance between acidity and savory flavors. The finish is persistent, with elegant mineral and saline notes.

Ideal with fish, shellfish, seafood, light appetizers, and Mediterranean cuisine.
