Adènzia Bianco is produced by the Baglio del Cristo di Campobello winery in Agrigento, made from Grillo and Insolia grapes. Straw yellow wine with a bouquet perfumed by citrus notes, white peach, medlar and pineapple. In the mouth, fruity aromas stand out that refresh the palate, in a balance between acidity and flavor that ensure the wine a long life.

The project of the Baglio del Cristo di Campobello winery was born in the early 2000s from an idea by Angelo, Domenico and Carmelo Bonetta animated by the ardent desire to bottle the Sicilian wine tradition. It all started in the hilly areas around the Baglio, ancient isolated buildings in the Sicilian countryside, in Campobello di Licata where the statue of a Christ crucified in the vineyards attracts a large pilgrimage every year on May 3rd. Inspired by a great passion for the land in a few years the three founders, togheter with the enolgist Riccardo Cotarella, create a very modern winery, strengthened by the typical torrid microclimate of the Sicilian countryside refreshed by the breezes blowing from the Sicilian canal. After the first harvest in 2007, in a few years the company has gained an important position in the Sicilian wine scene, cultivating vines such as Grillo, Chardonnay, Nero d'Avola, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, and giving life to labels that tell the authentic aromas of this wonderful land.

In Sicilian dialect "to give adènzia" means to listen, and it is in this act of understanding the land and its fruits that Adènzia acquires a value greater than the sum of the two vines. In this case, the insistence is on clarity. The grapes were harvested in 2019 in the first ten days of September, on hilly terrain between 230 and 260 meters above sea level with a mainly limestone composition. Once in the cellar, the grapes are sent to soft pressing and decanting by cold sediment, followed by fermentation in steel and aging on the lees for 5 months. Then the wine rests for another 2 months in the bottle before being marketed, thanks to its fragrant fruity aromas.
