One of the strengths of Maison Nicolas Feuillatte is the agreement with the Vinicole Co-operative that allows it to have an unrivaled vineyard of 2250 hectares located north where climate and Atlantic and continental influences favor a great fruit ; naturally irrigated natural limestone, plantations on the slopes and a large variety of cruises make it possible for the Maison to have an innumerable variety of terroirs that make it possible to reach the excellence of their wines every year, at the expense of even the worst vintages. The crop is harvested manually to preserve the fruits. Grapes therefore come from 13 of the 17 Grand Cru Champagne vineyards, 33 from 42 Premier Crus and 259 of 320 other Crus from the Champagne denomination. From the Marne Valley to the Côte des Bar, passing through the Saint-Thierry massif, the Montagne de Reims, the Côte de Sézanne and the Ardène valley, you can count on the professionalism and demanding standards of over 5,000 winegrowers.
On the nose, slight aromas at the beginning, which blend with fresh white fruit (apples, pears, peaches) and spices (curry and turmeric), a strong expression of ripe fruit. The palate is clean, elegant and complex from the beginning, with a delicate bubble that gives freshness to the finish.
