Brut Rosé with case

Champagne Brut Rosé Collet is produced with grapes from 20 Premier Cru and Grand Cru and 20% is made up of historical reserve wines. Pinot Noir from the Grands Crus and Premiers Crus villages of Aÿ, Hautvillers, Avenay-Vald'Or or Louvois bring lightness and fruit while 40% Chardonnay predominantly from Vertus' Premier Cru contributes freshness and lemony notes. The mineral dimension and flint aromas come from the Villers-Marmery Cru, which has a calcareous soil. Grands Crus and Premiers Crus villages such as Chouilly, Avize, Oger and Vaudemange complete the blend with strength and complexity. 10% Meunier gives roundness and softness. This Brut Rosé blend has 16% Pinot Noir, from Mailly-Champagne, well known for its aromatic power and richness, and from Vertus, vinified in red.

Champagne Brut Rosé Collet has a beautiful bright peach pink with a fine and persistent bubble. Floral notes stand out on the nose which give way to fragrances of orange, mandarin, yellow peach and red fruits, mulberries and raspberries. A beautiful freshness, a delicate nose with notes of brown sugar. Silky on the palate with notes of red fruits and mulberries, peach and nuances of cocoa, soft and velvety. A Champagne with a beautiful silky texture, supported by a tender effervescence.
