The Blanc de Noire Brut Champagne by Blanche Estelle is the result of a rest on the yeasts in the bottle for at least 3 years, characterized by the higher dose of Pinot Meunier and 20% of Pinot Noir, which gives it that extra boost. On the palate it's fresh and fragrant, pleasantly intriguing and able to amaze with every sip.
