The history of the Filippi company began with a love story between Maria and Giuliano who opened the shop in 1972. Since then things haven't changed much and the same passion, care and selection of ingredients and respect for production times are maintained to ensure leavened products arrive on festive tables that enrich important days and the family spirit.

Icing ingredients (15%): sugar, water, ALMONDS 12%, ALMONDS flour 5%, rice flour, EGG white, olive oil, corn starch, flavourings.  May contain traces of other nuts, soy and mustard.
