Amedei Tuscan Hazelnut Egg

Amedei, considered one of the best chocolate producers, was born in a small laboratory in Pontedera, an area also known as "Chocolate Valley", with the spirit of creating great chocolate starting from fine cocoa beans. The certainty of the excellent result arrived immediately until production success was achieved in 2008 when at the Academy of Chocolate competition in London, the key institution for chocolate at an international level, which awarded the Golden Bean to the Toscano Black 63, crowning it with made the best chocolate bar in the world for its category. Since then the production philosophy has not changed.

Almond Praline: Coating: Milk chocolate (brown sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass). Cocoa min. 32% Filling: cane sugar, Avola almonds PAT (21%), Piedmont hazelnut PGI, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, natural flavourings.

Nocciola Praline: Coating: Extra dark chocolate 66% (cocoa mass, brown sugar, cocoa butter). Cocoa min. 66% Filling: cane sugar, Piedmont hazelnut PGI (18%), cocoa butter, cocoa mass, cocoa, whole milk powder, Green Pistachio of Bronte PDO, skimmed milk powder, Avola almonds PAT, natural flavourings.
