Cecilia Tessieri Rabassi was the first woman in the world to become Maître Chocolatier. For her, inventing chocolate means starting from the beginning, from the raw materials, selecting the best cocoa beans and verifying the quality and sustainability of the crops on site by working directly on the plantations with local agronomists.
