The Settevigne is a Tintilia del Molise DOC by the Claudio Cipressi winery. A ruby ​​red wine with garnet reflections, the nose has a bouquet of spicy aromas, herbaceous hints and fruity notes of cherries and raspberries. On the palate it's fresh, with soft tannins and a long and fruity finish.

Claudio Cipressi founded the homonymous winery with the belief that wine is the best tool to tell the land where he was born, Molise. A region of southern Italy that still preserves more than others, healthy traditions and slow and industrious lifestyles, made more precious by a wonderful and unspoiled landscape. It's in this context that Claudio Cipressi cultivates 15 hectares of vines with native plants such as Tintilia del Molise (12 hectares), Montepulciano (1.5 hectares), Falanghina (1 hectare) and Trebbiano (0.5 hectares), with an obsessive attention to detail respecting the traditions, nature and typicality of the territory. This is the secret with which Claudio Cipressi's wines compete in a genuine way with the great Italian wines.

Settevigne is an red that rediscovers and enhances an autochthonous Molise grape variety otherwise destined to disappear like Tintilia del Molise, offering a wine out of the box and with great aromatic complexity. After the manual harvest in early October, the carefully selected grapes macerate 10-12 days at a controlled temperature of 25/28 ° C, and then mature in steel tanks for 24 months and then another 6 months in bottle. An amazing wine ideal if paired with roasts and medium-aged cheeses.
