Etsu in Japanese means "pleasure", this is the name of Gin produced in Hokkaido, the northernmost island among the Japanese ones, where Yozu grows, an ancient citrus typical of the area to which it owes its unique taste and the characteristic yellow note . The color is clear, the nose prevails floral hints, fresh on the palate and with great balance, with a finish in which Sichuan pepper prevails in addition to the persistent aroma of Yozu. It's produced at the Asahikawa Distillery and enjoys the excellent raw materials present on the island, and the spring water of the Taisetsu Mountains. Defined in the spirit world as a true work of art of distillation.
