The "I Tre Re – Ribolla" Grappa is created from the batch steam distillation of fresh, carefully selected pomace of Ribolla Gialla, one of Friuli's most iconic grapes. Aged in stainless steel, it preserves the grapes' natural aromas. The result is a crystalline, clean, and aromatic grappa, with an elegant character and a refined flavor. Slow distillation allows for the extraction of only the finest fractions, ensuring a smooth and harmonious distillate.

On the nose, it offers fresh floral and fruity notes, with hints of grape skins, white flowers, and light citrus nuances. On the palate, it is soft, delicate, and bright, with a clean aromatic progression and a perfectly balanced finish. Ideal as an elegant after-dinner drink, it pairs beautifully with biscuits, almond pastries, white chocolate, or creamy desserts. It's also perfect enjoyed on its own, during moments of contemplation.
