Ron Single Barrel Chanlajun with box

Ron Single Barrel Chanlajun Cihuatán is an artisanal distilled rum produced with the Solera method, using 15 barrels of medium roasted ex bourbon American white oak, containing rums distilled in 2004 and bottled, at full alcohol content to honor and preserve the precious essences, in 2019. The variations in temperature in El Salvador help produce a perfectly aged rum, with temperatures up to 36 ° C during the day and 25 ° C at night. Also thanks to a careful fermentation and distillation of the sugar syrup and molasses.

Ron Single Barrel Chanlajun Cihuatán shows an amber color. On the nose there is an inviting scent of banana, green melon, vanilla and nutmeg. On the palate it is harmonious, pleasant and persistent.
